Returns & Replacements
We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us by email with your order reference number and return the item(s) to us within 28 days of our shipping date. All we ask is that the items are unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in its original packaging.
The postage for returns will have to be covered by you.
To arrange a return, just drop us an email with your order reference number and let us know what the problem is and how you would like it resolved (for example, a refund or a replacement). Once you have confirmation by reply, please post back your order to the address you will be given in our correspondence. Please do not return an item without letting us know in advance.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same amount used to make the purchase. We will also refund the initial postage cost for UK orders, but cannot refund overseas postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Be sure to get a proof of postage.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
We process a refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of your return. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 10 working days have passed since we received your return. Please be assured that we will endeavour to process exchanges as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR PART OF IT IS MISSING?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving it giving us your name, address and your order number, and lets us know if you require a refund or a replacement.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SENT?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations Act you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please log into your account and if the order status is still processing it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address.
